About CUET 2025

The Ministry of Education, Government of India, has designated the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent and self-sustained premier testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860). The NTA is responsible for conducting fair, transparent, and internationally standardized examinations to assess candidates' competency for admission to leading higher education institutions.

Apeejay Stya University (ASU) is now accepting applications for postgraduate (PG) and undergraduate (UG) programs through CUET 2025. Step 3 : Enter the required details, including your email ID, phone number, name, and qualifications.

Step 4 : Save the system-generated application number for future reference.

Step 5 : Log in using the application number and password.

Step 6 : Upload a passport-size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

Step 7 : Carefully review all the details entered in the application form.

Step 8 : Pay the application fee as per your category.

Step 9 : Download and print the application form for future reference.

CUET 2025 Exam Pattern

Candidates are required to review the following essential details regarding the CUET 2025 examination format for UG and PG courses:

UG-level courses PG courses
  • The CUET 2025 exam will be conducted exclusively in an online, computer-based test format.
  • Each test paper will have a duration of 60 minutes.
  • The exam will be available in 13 languages: Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu, and Urdu.
  • The exam will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • The total number of subjects has been reduced from 63 to 37. Admissions for subjects that have been dropped will be conducted through the General Aptitude Test (GAT). Students will also have the option to select subjects they have not studied in Class 12.
  • The exam will be held over multiple days, with three slots per day.
  • The question paper will be divided into three sections:
    1. Section 1A & 1B: Languages
    2. Section 2: Domain-specific subjects
    3. Section 3: General Test
  • Candidates may choose up to a maximum of five subjects across all three sections.
  • Each correct answer will be awarded 5 marks.
  • 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
  • The CUET PG 2025 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
  • The question paper will comprise Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • The examination will be bilingual (Hindi & English), except for subjects such as M.Tech, Higher Sciences, and Acharya Papers (excluding Hindu Studies, Baudha Dharshan, and Indian Knowledge System), which will be in their respective languages.
  • Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
  • The examination will be conducted in 2 to 3 shifts.
  • Each paper will contain 75 questions, all of which are mandatory to attempt.
  • Candidates will be awarded +4 marks for each correct answer.
  • 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
